Yes — that's largely who they were built for. Fragrance is light and derived from essential oils. If you have a known reaction, please patch-test on the inner forearm for forty-eight hours.

Every other day for most. Daily is fine with The Wash — it does not strip. Less often is also fine.
The Wash and The Conditioner — about ten to twelve weeks at three washes a week. The Leave-In — about three months at three to five drops per wash.
