Shipping & Returns

We ship to the Netherlands, Germany, and the rest of the EU.

Free shipping on orders over €75. Below this amount, we charge €6.95 (NL) or €12.95 (EU).

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Orders are processed on working days. If you order on the weekend, your package will be sent on the next working day.

You have a legal withdrawal period of 14 days after receiving your order to return it without having to provide a reason.

Products must be returned unworn and in their original condition, with packaging and tags.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned, except in case of defect.
Notify your return via [retour@fjore.com]. You will receive return instructions.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the return, using the same payment method.

In addition to the legal warranty, we offer a 2-year warranty against material and manufacturing defects under normal use conditions.
