Orders are dispatched from the Netherlands within one to two business days. Tracking is sent to you when the parcel leaves the maison.
If a product doesn't suit you, write to hello@maisonlent.com within thirty days of delivery and we'll arrange a return.
Unopened products in original packaging are refunded in full. Opened products are reviewed individually — we'd rather understand why something didn't work than turn you away.
Return shipping is at your cost unless the product arrived damaged.
Photograph the parcel and the affected product, write to us within seven days, and we will replace or refund. No forms, no friction.
